- Presiding over domestic relations cases including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence
- Presiding over general civil trials including medical malpractice and wrongful death cases

| Qualifications: |
- At least 30 years old
- Citizen of Georgia for at least 3 years
- At least 7 years of practicing law

| Time Required/ Salary: |
- Full-time in both Clarke and Oconee counties. On call at home to sign search warrants and deal with emergencies.
